Every once in a while, I find it beneficial to read a book about parenting or motherhood. Over the years, I have read (and sometimes reread) several that I really like. These books include:
Around the Year with the Trapp Family
by Maria Augusta Trapp
The Domestic Church: Room by Room A Mother's Study Guide
by Donna Marie Cooper O'Boyle
Graced and Gifted: Biblical Wisdom for the Homemaker's Heart
Great Wives and Mothers
Holiness for Housewives: And Other Working Women
How to Raise Good Catholic Children
Please Don't Drink the Holy Water!
The Privilege of Being a Woman
Raise Happy Children: Teach them Virtues by Mary Ann Budnick (and the other books in this series)
I will update this list if I think of additional books that fall into this category.

Thank you for including my book, "The Domestic Church: Room by Room: A Mother's Study Guide." I think you will really like "Grace Cafe: Serving Up Recipes for Faithful Mothering" which came out at the same time. I also have, "The Heart of Motherhood: Finding Holiness in the Catholic Home" and "Catholic Prayer Book for Mothers" which are all very popular among the women and mothers.
God bless!
Donna-Marie
Thank you for the recommendations. I look forward to reading more of your books!
